Changes to appointments
If you need to make any changes to the date or time of your booking, you need to visit your account and make changed up to 24 hours before your appointment. Rebooking and changes are free of charge. If you fail to make the necessary changes within 24 hours, you will loose any payment you made and will have to make a new payment with a new appointment date.
Cancelations
In the case of cancelations we will require a minimum of 48 hours notice. We will refund you 50% of any payment you made including any deposit payments. If you cancel within 72 hours we will refund you the full amount of any payment you have made. As we are a no walk in salon and we rely strictly on appointments if we are not given enough notice we lose the potential to fill the missing slots with another customer and this causes us loss. We appreciate that sometimes life gets in the way.
Refunds
Any refunds made by us will reach your bank account within 15 working days. We are unable to refund a different bank card than what was originally used at checkout. We also do not offer any cash refunds.
Payment Methods
We accept most major bank cards including American Express and a variety of different payment websites such as PayPal or Apple Pay. We also accept cash upon arrival as well as bank payments via card machine.
